The Luxury of Air

Designing for scale and continuity at Florence Residences.
True luxury is not defined by square footage, but by the quality of the space itself. At Florence Residences, our "Design Directives" focused on creating a sense of expansiveness within a compact footprint.
We achieved this by "lifting" the home—using floating joinery and suspended architectural elements to extend the floor’s visual plane. By ensuring the sightlines remain uninterrupted, we invited light and air to move freely through the home. It is a project that proves that through considered spatial planning, even the most compact residence can feel like a vast, private retreat.
