Standard emulsion paint absorbs light uniformly, creating a static visual. Finishes like microcement and limewash, however, interact with light dynamically. Because they are applied by hand, they carry the subtle marks of the craftsman. As the sun moves across a room throughout the day, the slight variations in these finishes catch the light differently, bringing a subtle, organic movement to the walls. It creates an atmosphere that feels grounded and incredibly grounded.
